A visual anchor for the heart of the space

The brief. Design a mural that transforms the shared common space at The Two Eleven coworking building into a warm, memorable environment. Reflect creativity, collaboration, and community taking place within the coworking space.

The opportunity. As The Two Eleven continued to evolve, the building was transitioning into a more intimate coworking environment with the addition of new private offices while still leaving room for future growth. The common area remained the heart of the space. This presented an opportunity to create a visual anchor that could strengthen the identity of the space, elevate the daily experience for members, and grow alongside The Two Eleven as it continues to expand.

The solution. Gathering Garden is a nearly 379-square-foot mural inspired by the native flora and birds of Ohio, transforming the common space into a natural sanctuary for gathering, creativity, and connection. The composition intentionally flows across multiple walls, weaving around existing architecture and avoiding areas reserved for future expansion. Developed through an ongoing creative partnership between Studio Roo and The Two Eleven, the mural establishes a lasting sense of place while supporting the coworking environment with an art-forward experience rooted in its community.
